I need to loose weight and dvd workouts do not work and my mam only buys unhealthy foods. She wont buy any healthy food even when i ask her because she doesnt think i need to loose weight.So what could i do ?

How do you loose weight if you do not sweat much?
If I exercise more calories than I eat, would I loose weight even though I do not sweat much? I was told that the only way for your body to loose weight is to sweat it off but if you consume less calories than you use, wouldn’t you still loose weight? I am trying to limit my calorie intake. I have been trying to loose weight, but when I do any kind of exercises I get just plain tuckered out (I have a heart condition, not just that out of shape). So I am wondering if there are any weight loss exercises that will also do good for cardio?

I’m 15 and I need to lose weight. I’m 14 stone and 5ft 11, which makes my BMI 27, which is overweight.
I’ve been doing quite a bit of research and I have a good idea of what to do diet wise but I am a bit clueless with exercise, so I need help/tips. I am looking for:
Exercises I can do in my bedroom at night (press ups etc. and I also have 4.5kg/10lbs, 2.3kg/5lbs and 1.1kg/2.5lbs dumbbells)
The best thing I can do for weight loss at the gym (I go once a week)
and also any other exercises/simple things I can do.
