What’s the difference between a healthy food and health food?

I am an ESL student.
What’s the difference between a healthy food and a health food?
Are they interchangeable?
And what’s the difference between a health food and a supplement?
Are they interchangeable?
When searching “health food” on google images, health foods seem to include some supplements like Omega A-3 Gummy Fish. So they seem to be not close healthy foods but close supplements. Is that right? (Healthy foods look like (non processed ) natural foods such as apples, oranges that contain no supplements)

How important is aerobic exercises to weight loss and overall health?

I am working on dropping around 20-30 pounds of body fat. I already have started eating healthy, and I do push-ups and sit-ups daily. How important is aerobic exercise to losing weight and also just overall better health? Thanks.

How do I loose weight for dance, while maintaining my health?

I take ballet lessons and contemporary dance. I’m also a cheerleader, volleyball player during winter and participate in a lot of other activities.
It seems that i should have no problem losing weight. I appear thin to anyone else but in the dance world that’s not the case. I’m 5’7 almost 5’8 and i need to loose about 15 lbs.
Any ideas on how i can loose weight (with exercises certain diets?).
