What are some really good at home exercises to maximize weight loss?

Combined with very healthy eating and lots of water. Right now we usually do about 15 minutes of skipping followed by boxing focus pads and then maybe some sparring mediumly with some sit ups and push-ups. Going for runs on weeknights isn’t really an option as we would have to drive to a nicer area. Any suggestions? The person trying to lose weight needs to lose around Five stone.

What are some good weight loss/toning exercises I can do at home?

Hello! I’m 16, 5’4, and weigh around 128-131 lbs usually. I’m not overweight, nor do I look it, however I would really love to lose some fat in my torso and thighs. I would also like to build up more muscle, and become more toned all over my body. I don’t really want to waste money on a gym membership, because with school and activities I’d be paying monthly for something I don’t even use :p. I have some 5 lb dumbbells, and I would rather not spend the money on a medicine ball and restraints until I know that I’ll be consistent with working out daily. xD I would appreciate any diet tips (not dieting, I don’t believe in diets. I mean like everyday healthy alternatives) and some ideas for toning/weight loss exercises you guys could give me. I have acid reflux, and really should pay more attention to foods that will be good for my stomach. Thank you so much, have a good one!

Does anyone know of any good online weight loss groups?

I am looking for some online support, or a chat room, for weight loss. Does anyone have any recommendations? It doesn’t matter what type of diet the other people are doing, I am just looking for other people to talk to while trying to lose weight.
Just to clarify, I am not looking for a diet, I am looking for people to talk to. I do Weight Watchers, I exercise and I have a very realistic outlook of how much I want to lose in a given week. The first answer I got from Lexi is really weird, so this is why I am clarifying my question.

What are some short, at-home weight loss exercises? Also- some good healthy snacks?

Hey- I’m looking for some short (half an hourish: or at least less than an hour a day), at-home weight-loss exercises. I don’t have much equipment- just a weight bench (missing the leg part) and some weights (obviously). It doesn’t have to be instant results- just something that will prevent me from gaining and weight, and lose some as well. I know diet is important too- I think I eat pretty healthy, no fast food or anything- but what are some good, healthy snacks? I generally end up eating some cookies or chips or something, which I’m sure isn’t helping.

Good exercises for cardio, but also weight loss?

I have been trying to loose weight, but when I do any kind of exercises I get just plain tuckered out (I have a heart condition, not just that out of shape). So I am wondering if there are any weight loss exercises that will also do good for cardio?

I would like to loose weight, I am currently only about two pounds overweight but would like to loose about 10-15 pounds. If you know a routine that would do good let me know. Currently I am doing Strength training Monday, Wendsday, and Friday. And Cardio on the other days. I am wondering if I should cut the strength and do cardio all the time. I am a female, 5’5″
