What are some really good at home exercises to maximize weight loss?

Combined with very healthy eating and lots of water. Right now we usually do about 15 minutes of skipping followed by boxing focus pads and then maybe some sparring mediumly with some sit ups and push-ups. Going for runs on weeknights isn’t really an option as we would have to drive to a nicer area. Any suggestions? The person trying to lose weight needs to lose around Five stone.

Best Weight Loss Exercises?

im 14 years old…and my goal for the summer (before high school) is to lose some weight. i’ve got a good diet. im a vegan, but i do make sure that i get enough protein and vitamins, so i know thats not a problem. i just need help with the exercise part of it. my family own an eliptical, treadmill, and bowflex…and stuff like that…i was just wondering what the best exercise for weight loss was. i dont need imediate results–i’ve got like 2 months! but yeah…please help!

What are some good weight loss/toning exercises I can do at home?

Hello! I’m 16, 5’4, and weigh around 128-131 lbs usually. I’m not overweight, nor do I look it, however I would really love to lose some fat in my torso and thighs. I would also like to build up more muscle, and become more toned all over my body. I don’t really want to waste money on a gym membership, because with school and activities I’d be paying monthly for something I don’t even use :p. I have some 5 lb dumbbells, and I would rather not spend the money on a medicine ball and restraints until I know that I’ll be consistent with working out daily. xD I would appreciate any diet tips (not dieting, I don’t believe in diets. I mean like everyday healthy alternatives) and some ideas for toning/weight loss exercises you guys could give me. I have acid reflux, and really should pay more attention to foods that will be good for my stomach. Thank you so much, have a good one!

What are some short, at-home weight loss exercises? Also- some good healthy snacks?

Hey- I’m looking for some short (half an hourish: or at least less than an hour a day), at-home weight-loss exercises. I don’t have much equipment- just a weight bench (missing the leg part) and some weights (obviously). It doesn’t have to be instant results- just something that will prevent me from gaining and weight, and lose some as well. I know diet is important too- I think I eat pretty healthy, no fast food or anything- but what are some good, healthy snacks? I generally end up eating some cookies or chips or something, which I’m sure isn’t helping.
