Why do you always feel so fat after eating loads of healthy food?
Ive just ate loads of healthy food (maybe too much) because i was soooo hungary! But how can that be healthy? I had salmon, salad and pasta (pre packed which may contain loads of fat) i just dont know what to eat that dont make me feel this way! Im not keen on fruit but love vegetables.
