How to gain muscle without protein shake ?

I recently started to going gym.I try lifting weight to gain more weight.I feel my diet is not having much protein as I need to make good muscle mass. I want to increase my muscle mass with natural raw vegetarian food. NOT EVEN PROTEIN SHAKE. I want a perfect vegetarian diet for increasing my weight as much as fast as possible. The diet can Include eggs too. So please help me if u can.

What is an unhealthy food that has a healthy alternative?

I have to pick a healthy food that is an alternative to an unhealthy type of food. for example unhealthy=chipsand the healthy alternative = baked chips. so if you could give me an example of something like that. it would help!!
this needs to be like food in a bag. not like vegetables like chip and cookies. this needs to show how this product has reduced fat and sugar or portion size

What diet and workouts to follow to gain muscle if currently underweight?

I am underweight- about 130 lbs, and about 5′ 11″ (5 foot 11 in). I am very skinny/scrawny/bony but do try to work out. What kind of diet should I follow and what workouts should I try to aim for to gain more muscle and look healthier? Please some suggestions would really help.

What kind of weight-loss exercise can a person with constant back pain/sciatica do?

I need to lose weight but I have a lot of problems with my back and deal with lower back pain daily…plus I have sciatica in one leg and too much movement/exertion causes it to flare up.

Are there any exercises (besides swimming) I can do thats low impact and wont cause me too much more pain?
