i do gain weight, but i look skinny. i eat lots of junk food, does eating healthy food make me look fater?

I don’t really understand the question here, you say you gain weight and eat lots of junk food. That’s how it works. If you eat lots of junk food and lots of healthy food, you’re still going to gain weight. You could cut the junk food entirely and only eat healthy types of food and still gain weight if you eat too much. If you’re looking to lose weight, you have to eat less (and move more).
You will get fat if your total calorie intake (regardless of junk or healthy food) is more calories that what you typically burn in a day, week, month. People with a high metabolism can eat more junk or total calories than the same size person with a slow metabolism & never gain a pound. Athletes eat lots of calories & seldom get fat because their burn is equal to or more than their ave intake.
