What’s the best way to gain muscle mass AND lose unwanted stomach fat at the same time?

I’ve been working on gaining muscle mass for the past 8-9 months, and have gained only 30 pounds by eating heavily. But, I also developed a small gut on my lower abs, and It’s preventing my lower abs from showing. I still want to gain another 30ish pounds considering genetically I’m fairly skinny, so what’s the best way to do it?

Is running or swimming better cardio for losing stomach fat while trying to gain mass?

What are some really good at home exercises to maximize weight loss?

Combined with very healthy eating and lots of water. Right now we usually do about 15 minutes of skipping followed by boxing focus pads and then maybe some sparring mediumly with some sit ups and push-ups. Going for runs on weeknights isn’t really an option as we would have to drive to a nicer area. Any suggestions? The person trying to lose weight needs to lose around Five stone.

How do you gain muscle mass with a high metbaolism?

I’m a fairly healthy 21 year old female, around 5’4, 110 lbs. I just recently started taking advantage of the fitness center at my university so I could tone up some muscles & get in better shape. I tend to eat alot of carbs because I was told carbs help you gain muscle mass. However, I also have a really high metabolism, so I tend to burn everything off quickly. Should I just eat more carbs or are there other foods or methods that can help you develop muscle mass?
